Awakening (Pilot episode/Movie, TV Version) (20.9.79)
In the year 1987 captain William 'Buck' Rogers is a lone astronaut aboard the space shuttle Ranger 3. It is during a five month mission to probe deep space that he experience's forces beyond all imagination and is frozen, placed into suspended animation until he returns to Earth five hundred and four years later in 2491. Buck is found by Princess Ardala and Kane, perfectly preserved with shuttle still intact and taken aboard the flagship Draconia. Buck awakes confused and is questioned by the Princess and Kane. He's then sent back to Earth unaware that the Princess is using him as part of her plan to conquer the Earth. Although Earth is now a very different world and Buck's story is hard to believe; Dr Huer and Col. Deering suspect that he may be a spy for the Draconians. Buck's adventures are about to begin.

Planet of The Slave Girls (AKA Flight to Sorcerer's Mountain) (Part 1 and 2) (27.9.79)

The majority of Earth's fighter squadron becomes ill and unable to fly after consuming poisoned food discs. Buck, Wilma and Major Duke Danton are sent to the planet Vistula to track down a slave trader named Kaleel, who is suspected of poisoning the food discs. While on the planet they find out that Kaleel has been building a fleet of ships and preparing to attack the Earth, while it is practically defenseless.

Vegas in Space (AKA Flight from Sinaloa) (4.10.79)
Buck and Directorate agent Marla Landers travel to Sinaloa, a gambling city to try and free a girl who has been kidnapped by Velosi, the city's ruler. The girl has knowledge that Velosi must extract in order to destroy Armat, his competitor. But what Buck, Marla and also the girl doesn't know is that she is Armat's daughter.

The Plot to Kill a City (Part 1 and 2) (11.10.79 and 18.10.79)
Buck's home of New Chicago may be destroyed if the Legion of Death is successful. So Buck has to go undercover and pose as an assassin and join the group. His mission is jeopardised when the assassins girlfriend Joella turns up, but instead of exposing Buck as an impostor she decides to help Buck with his mission.

Return of The Fighting 69th (25.10.79)
Buck and Wilma's mission is to destroy nerve gas, which is hidden in gun runners Roxanne and Trent's hideout inside an asteroid belt. Wilma must enlist the help of an elderly retired squadron leader, who has knowledge of the asteroid belt. Although he is willing to help, Wilma questions his ability to lead the squadron. Then to make matters worse during the mission Buck and Wilma are captured by Roxanne and Trent.

Unchained Woman (AKA Escape from Zeta) (1.11.79)
Buck breaks into a prison to free Jen Burton, where she has been falsely jailed for the murder of her boyfriend. Buck's mission is to return her home so she can testify against the boyfriend who left her in prison. Buck manages to free her but they are followed across the desert by a indestructible android prison guard nicknamed 'Hugo', who is out to recapture them.

Planet of the Amazon Women (8.11.79)
Buck is tricked into landing on the planet Zantia, where he is made a prisoner and auctioned off with other captured pilots. Buck learns that all male members of Zantia's population have become prisoners of war while battling the planet Ruathan. Ariela, the daughter of Zantia's president and who also won Buck at the auction, persuades Buck to help her negotiate with the ambassador of Ruathan to free the male prisoners of war.

Cosmic Whiz Kid (22.11.79)
Buck finds out that he isn't the only survivor from the 20th century. A 10 year old boy named Hieronymus Fox is a genius from Buck's time and has been made the president of Genesia, but Roderick Zale wants to kidnap the child and hold him to ransom. Fox's bodyguard persuades Buck to help her to rescue him.

Escape from Wedded Bliss (29.11.79)
Princess Ardala threatens to destroy the Earth city by city unless Buck agrees to marry her. The Princess believes that Buck is the perfect male but as part of a ritual he must fight Tigerman to prove his worthiness before he can marry her. Buck who is happy being single must escape 'wedded bliss' and try to prevent the Princess from destroying the Earth.

Cruise Ship to the Stars (27.12.79)
Buck's mission is to guard a beauty queen, Miss Cosmos, on board the cruise ship Lyran Queen. But a woman with superhuman abilities tries to kidnap her. Buck, Wilma, Twiki and Theo set out to try and capture the woman before she does serious harm to Miss Cosmos.

Space Vampire (3.1.80)
What seems to be a deserted derelict spaceship crashes into an orbiting space station that Buck and Wilma are aboard. They believe that the crew of the ship has died from a plague. But they soon learn that the crew were killed by a 'space vampire' which is now present aboard the space station and after Wilma.

Happy Birthday Buck (10.1.80)
Buck is feeling a bit depressed, so Wilma and Dr Huer plan to cheer him up with a surprise birthday party. As a diversion to Buck, he is sent with Raylyn Derren to escort her on a trip to New Detroit with some important information. But what they don't know is that a man named Traeger is planning to kill Dr Huer as revenge for a previous encounter.

A Blast for Buck (17.1.80)
A communication probe arrives in Dr. Huer's office, and delivers a strange riddle: "A man out of old Earth's past, has the key to the next and the last; but you won't solve this riddle, till the end is the middle, and Terran sands disappear with a blast". The future of the Earth depends on whether Buck, Wilma and Dr Huer can solve the riddle.

Ardala Returns (AKA Buck Times Four) (24.1.80)
Princess Ardala makes yet another attempt to capture the heart of Buck and to take over Earth as well. She captures Buck and makes four duplicates of him each with a different part of his personality. She then sends one of the duplicates to earth that conceals an explosive device.

Twiki is Missing (31.1.80)
Earth is faced with mass destruction from an asteroid heading towards the planet. Meanwhile, Twiki is stolen by Kurt Belzak and taken to his mining colony on a distant planet, where Twiki is to be duplicated to replace rebelling mine workers. Buck travels to the planet to try and save Twiki and while in the mines he stumbles across an explosive powerful enough to blow the asteroid off course, which will save the Earth.

Olympiad (7.2.80)
Buck is a guest at the interplanetary Olympics of 2492, when he is approached by an athlete who wishes to defect. But what he doesn't know is that the athlete's boyfriend has been given an explosive implant in his head that can kill if they try to defect during the games.

A Dream of Jennifer (AKA Jennifer) (14.2.80)
Buck sees his 20th century girlfriend alive on present day Earth. Buck follows the girl, but she continues to give him the slip until he catches her in the resort town of City-on-the-Sea. It isn't a coincidence that she looks like his old girl friend, it is a trap set by aliens who want Buck to stop a shipment of arms to a planet they want to conquer.

Space Rockers (21.2.80)
Buck becomes involved with a futuristic rock group named Andromeda when a series of riots break out at all their concerts. Buck's investigation finds that the band's manager has been secretly encoding the group's music with behavior-altering sounds that create the riots. Buck must convince them not to play at a galactic-wide broadcast from the space station Musicworld, to prevent Mangros from causing chaos throughout the galaxy.

Buck's Duel to the Death (20.3.80)
Buck is sent on a mission to overthrow the warlord ruler of a peaceful planet who is kidnapping young women. But Wilma finds out that the Traybor possesses special powers that may bring Buck's career to an abrupt end.

Flight of the War Witch (Part 1 and 2) (27.3.80 and 3.4.80)
Buck, Wilma and Dr Huer find a map to an alternate universe. Buck volunteers to enter the space warp where he encounters the planet Pendar, a peaceful world under attack by a 'war witch' named Zarina. To complicate matters Princess Ardala and Kane arrive with Dr Huer and Wilma to make a truce, so that they can fight against Zarina together.
